Having the social group organized to carry on a certain objective is the way to make people be creative and innovative, single ideas can not bring about success.
forming a group and organizing people to get in might be a simple task but you need to cooperate with people's view to maintain the group in its successful objectives.
Agroup is not regarded as group if there is no clear understanding of the various questions such as
WHY???
you should ask yourself why are you joining or being the part of the group, so in order for you to be safe in that particular group you should suit the group's objective and adapt them to be as your responsibility. taking responsibility in a given group it requires sacrifice, not necessarily for the group to start in successful way, it requires foundations and as the part of the group you should be responsible on restructuring the group missions.
