no one will undermine some one if he/she think properly, always we start from lower to the high level.
in order for someone to sustain and achieve his/her goal he/she should accept all situations wether good or bad and prepare plans to to with those occurring. it is not easy for every thing to appear as expected but dealing with challenges is where new skills and changes  appear. i would like to invite all to our group and share with us.
